1. From the lower left corner of the desktop, click on the Start Button. 2. When the window shown below appears, Click on My Computer. Scroll Down 3. Click on the C Drive icon. 4. From the Tools Menu, Select Folder Options. 5. Follow the steps below Step 1 - Select View Step 2 - Uncheck Hide Extension Step 3 - Click Apply Click OK.
